The room itself was adequate, featuring essential amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially on warmer days. The housekeeping service was attentive and ensured everything was tidy. Freya at reception was genuinely helpful, promptly assisting us when we encountered an issue with our room. Her friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience, demonstrating the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. While the Mercure may not possess the grandeur of some luxury resorts, it strikes a reasonable balance between comfort and cost. Guests can enjoy free parking and a 24-hour reception, which makes it practical for both short and long stays. It's a consideration for those wanting accessible accommodations without breaking the bank.
